No, that is currently not possible. I don't know how this would be supposed to work. If I access fn=/img1 would this use /image1/img1.jpg or /image2/imag1.jpg? What are you trying to achieve? If your problem is with the filesystem root then you could theoretically use basedir-list=/ and fn=image1/img1 but this would be very dangerous because you would also be able to access any file on the server through digilib. It would be better to re-mount the image directories somewhere else and use that as base directory.
