Negation as Failure? No, I don't think we'll be having that. Remember 
the "D" in DIG ;-)

Access Grid has been described as "videoconferencing on steroids" but 
it's more than that really. Basically supports distributed meetings 
through video, audio, shared workspaces etc.

You don't actually need that much hardware to participate -- I believe 
it'll all run on a basic machine with suitable peripherals (e.g. 
camera/mic).
