Racer 1.7.18 has a minor bug which will be
fixed in the next release:

its response to HTTPReasoner.getIdentifier()
causes an exception to be thrown:
org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error: The document
is not a identifier@ href="http://dl.kr.org/dig/2003/02/lang" target="_new">http://dl.kr.org/dig/2003/02/lang:
document element namespace mismatch expected
"http://dl.kr.org/dig/2003/02/lang"; got
"http://dl.kr.org/dig/2003/02/dig/lang"
