Software description

The DIFRATE software (DIstortion Free Relaxation Analysis TEchnique) is designed to help the user design dynamics detectors for analysis of a given set of dynamics data, and subsequently analyze data using the set of detectors. The DIFRATE software calculates relaxation rate constants as a function of correlation time (calc_rates), and provides a number of plotting modes to display different ‘spaces’ of a set of relaxation data (plotting). Additionally, an interactive program (detector_opt) is provided to allow user-directed optimization of dynamics detectors, and fitting of experimental data can be performed with the fit_data function.
