#1 PDF-Output contains unwanted Directories

Currently only in the source-code of the script there
is the possibility to mark directories as unwanted.
They are not shown in the Graphic.
But they are shown in the statistic and in the
Latex-Output.
So the LaTeX/PDF-Output is not consistent with what you
see in the GUI/PNG.
