#1 Unable to locate the "Processor" performance object

I receive this error message:
<Unable to locate the "Processor" performance object>

I don't think is a bug because it works on other
systems but i think has to do something with the
Performance adapter service..which is ok..service is
running. But the Performance Monitor from Control Panel
starts very slow. Maybe you can give me some note or
help on how to fix this.
