Hi-Res Beta of DiddleBug

A beta of DiddleBug that supports real hi-res on OS5 devices has been released. Sony support is coming soon, too.

Non-hi-res devices probably will not be supported from this point on (interoperability is somewhat difficult), at least until a real v.3.0 is here.
