* again sound alarm only after sketch is shown (missing "!" in
if-statement)
* don't crash if LocalID of MIDI database has changed between
  setting a signal and the actual alarm (i.e. after a hard reset)
* fixed fill/clear not working correctly with Khroma
* fixed the IntelliBooger (tm) plugins
