#195 Blank alarm screen when powered off

If my Sony Clie PEG-UX50/U is turned off when a
Diddlebug v.2.90.b.4 alarm goes off, the screen is
blank while the alarm sounds. Pushing the on button,
scrolling the scroll bar, etc. doesn't light up the
screen (like it did for previous versions). I have to
wait until the alarm has completed, turn the clie off,
and then turn it back on again in order to see what
alarm has gone off.

What OS version are you running? Have you installed any
programs that could affect the power-on sequence (e.g.
security programs etc.)?

Palm O/S version is 5.2

I reverted back to version 2.90.b.3 and it works fine, so it
was some change between the two versions that caused the
problem to appear.

I am not running any security software.
