#26 Clean logs

This may be more than one feature request - keeping them together for now:

Logs currently contain information that is typically not used and get very large (and difficult to parse).

1. Remove all unnecessary info (rule extraction and error
identification need not be in logs).

2. Ensure all info that need to be logged is logged: timestamps, UI functional actions, rule extractions.

3. Clean format so that logs can be parsed for experimental analysis.
