#2 memory leak in wxJPEGHandler

Not sure if this is something to do with wxPython internally, or your use of it, but just noting that I tested Dictator on Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid and saw:

me@ubuntu:~/Downloads/dictator-0.9.7$ python ./dictator_start.py
swig/python detected a memory leak of type 'wxJPEGHandler *', no destructor found.
