#9 libmaa in custom path

Patch in attachment adds two configure options:
--with-maalib-path=PATH Location of libmaa
--with-maalib-includes=PATH Location of libmaa header files

It helps in case libmaa is installed with some custom --prefix.

I don like this sort of options. You should use LDFLAGS and CPPFLAGS directly.
