#4 Support IPv6

dictd currently lacks IPv6 support. This is primarily due to its use of deprecated networking APIs such as gethostbyname(). A patch that updates these API calls and adds IPv6 support is available at: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=139078
