#14 first connection is denied

Hi,

First client connecting to dictd 1.10.11 server is always denied when
dictd.conf contains the following access definition:
access {
allow localhost
allow 127.0.0.1
allow inetd
}

The problem is caused by this change:
http://dict.cvs.sourceforge.net/dict/dictd1/dictd.c?r1=1.149&r2=1.150&sortby=date
