In theory this shouldn't be too hard to implement, but in
the past GPG's batch mode wouldn't let you supply a
passphrase. Perhaps more recent versions of GPG allow this.
Personally, I don't see why you would want to supply a
passphrase that is in the configutation file. That will not
be any more secure than having a blank passphrase since if
someone can get your GPG key they can just as easily get
your config file. Consequently, I'm marking this with a low
priority. I'll try to get to it, but some of the bugs need
to be fixed first.
Of course, people are always welcome to look at the source
and submit a patch.
