#3 Prevent unstore/delete of stored data

It would be useful if there was a feature to prevent
someone getting hold of your DIBS account and deleting
your data. The following was suggested by Christophe
Kalt <dibs@klb.taranis.org>:

The point of backups is to protect against both
accidental and malicious data loss. Typically, it's
been done by dumping stuff to tape which is then stored
somewhere out of online reach. Most disk to disk types
of backup face this additional challenge. While i
agree that securing my system is really beyond DIBS'
scope, i don't think the above should be.

Having features like "this backup cannot be
deleted/replaced
within 1 week" could help against this (at the cost of
additional disk storage). (Not suggesting that this be how
it's done, just using it as example.)
