#15 speed up Reed-Solomon coding

Reed-Solomon coding is way to slow, it needs to be sped
up by either converting it to C or going with an
existing ECC package in C.

As Bill Broadley suggested, one way to increase the speed
would be to allow the user to specify an external ECC
program. All the external program would need would be a way
to call it to encode a file into n pieces and a way to decode.
