OpenDiameter 1.0.4 distribution is currently missing
these files. Note that this patch file is provided for
backward support purposes only. Users of OpenDiameter
1.0.5 MUST use the MSVC 7.1 Solutions file provided in
the 1.0.5 distribution or the latest CVS entries.
