[Diameter-developers] Patch: How to submit?

Hi,

I've just compiled Open Diameter using library dependencies from the
OS repository.  I had to make a bunch of simple changes to get it to
compile without warnings or errors.

How do I submit my changes?

OpenDiameter:	1.0.7
OS:			Ubuntu 10.04
g++:			4.4.3
ACE:			5.6.3
Xerces:		2.8.0
Boost:		1.40.0
Autoconf:		2.65
Automake:		1.11
