in function DcRequestReTransmission::operator()(DiameterRouterPendingReqPtr &pReq)

situation:
pReq->m_ReqMessage will be null if last re-transmit of this request is still in routing, and at this time, a new re-transmit operation was trigged by timmer, process will core.

suggestion:
detect if pReq->m_ReqMessage is null.
