#165 protocol error 3003 does not gets catched.

Hi,
We were trying to connect to a third party HSS.
The result-code comes as set to 3003, which is an
error value. But still the error does not gets
catched and we see the "User Authorized" on our
opendiameter client screen. After a discussion with
Victor, it came to our knowledge that the
Result-code falling under protocol error category
should not reach AnswerMsg().
Please fix this bug.
