#30 dials.process documentation out of date (mp.nproc)

dials.process documentation needs updating as the mp.nproc parameter does not work as described in the documentation (http://dials.diamond.ac.uk/doc/documentation/getting_started.html).

Also, we discussed removing dials.process altogether - what have we decided about this?

I think DIALS-East was generally in favour of removing it, but DIALS-West less so (Aaron inherits from things defined by that script somewhere). Perhaps what Aaron needs can just be moved directly into his modules, freeing this up for removal.
