#28 Better spot-finding parameters for CCD images

Frequently the default parameters for dials.find_spots don't work too well on CCD images. Often it is necessary to increase the global_threshold to avoid identifying too many strong pixels, and also to increase the kernel_size to (e.g.) 10,10 or 15,15 (default=3,3) so that more of the spot pixels are found (rather than just the centres of the peaks). If this is not done then in profile modelling the calculated mosaicity may be too small given the true spot size, resulting in generally crappy data...
