Although this seems interesting at first look, it seems
hardly feasable in an interpreted language like Dialect.
Also when Dialect programs are 'compiled' a tokenized
version is created. As IFDEFs are almost always used to
create little differences it hardly seems worth the overhead
to create an alternative 'if' control structure.
