You are right, Scintilla is cool. But it would bloat Dialect to
integrate Scintilla into it.
As an alternative you can use Scite. It is the demonstration
editor based on Scintilla. Justc reate a Dialect properties
file (you can base one on e.g. Lua) and you almost get what
you proposed here...
