Because term name can be written wrong we should allow renaming or even deletion of them.

Example usage:
term:
"home" should be renamed to "home (page)" or "home (address)" in order to include the context.

Because this feature could create us big problems due to current architecture I would recommend implementation using a filter based on username. So only some usernames should be able to rename or delete terms.
