Version 2.3 released.

Updated to version 2.3
Now works with Diablo 3 patch 2.4.
Convention of Elements rotation visualizer (F7) is disabled because current element can now be always visible on ingame buff bar.
Buttons what activate skills are being held down for 200ms now, as some people reported their skills are not activated even when they can visually see that program pushed the button. This is currently being looked at.
