[Dia2code-general] dia2code.spec: Change Copyright to License?

Hello All,

Any objections against changing

Copyright: GPL

to

License: GPL

in dia2code.spec? Otherwise the RPM will not
build on my openSUSE system. If there are no objections,
I'll commit the change.
