[Dia2code-general] Inherhitance type and constant property of UML methods

I wrote a patch for dia to support abstract, virtual, final and constant properties for UML - Class operations, so i'm propagating it into dia2code, since I use it. The patch also contains code to output to C++.
I also rewrote the nextObject() function which had a FIXME. Code is clearer, and a bit tested (50 classes diagram).
