[Dia2code-general] Perl output functionality

I looked through the archives of this list and didn't notice any messages
about future support of Perl, nor did I see any mention of it inside of the
distribution.  Will Perl be supported by this product in the near future?
My team does a great deal of Perl object oriented programming, and some
of us know UML, as modeled in dia.  I am very excited by this program overa=
ll!
