Problem: In Windows 7, Dia language (menus etc) is taken from Windows Control panel's "Region and language" -> "Format", not from "Keyboard and languages" -> "Display language".

In my case, I live in Finland, thus I have "Region and language" -setting to "Finnish", as this defines how numbers, currencies, time and date are shown. Anyway, I am using English in all programs, including Windows itself, as display language, so I have set "Keyboard and Languages" -> "Display language" to English.

Now Dia selects automatically Finnish menus. It does not help to replace "fi" -directory with "en_GB" in locale-subdirectory, as some strings seem to be taken from Windows system default strings. If I make such replace, some menu items are displayed in English, but some, the most common ones, like Print, are displayed in Finnish, thus menus are complete gibberish.

Request: Dia should take the system language from Display language, or better, there should be a menu setting in Dia's own menu to change the language.
