#101 Problem generating HPGL (plt) exported file

I've created a very simple diagram in dia and tried outputting it to an HPGL file. In multiple programs the output I get is nothing like what I see in Dia. So that leads me to believe that Dia is creating output which is incorrect. Attached is a side-by-side comparison.
