#2 top bar color and graphic fails to show when...
this may not be a bug exactly but if the page that is
loading has some heavier elements in it such as flash
or other multimedia... it seems that the top bar color,
text and 'x' image fails to load completely and it just
has a lighter color that covers the area.
I can show examples (IE or Mozilla)
