#1 product license

Hi,

I am confused about the license under which dhcp4java library is distributed. On the main project page http://dhcpd-j.org/index there is a statement the project is under GPL while at http://sourceforge.net/projects/dhcp4java/ the license is GNU Library or LGPL. Also FAQ reffers LGPL. Could you please advise which license is correct GPL or LGPL?
