||I have been unable to reproduce this bug on FreeBSD-4.8 using the
||lnc0 driver with dhcp-agent-0.39

||At invocation dhcp-agent seems to correctly clear the
||interface. I'm not aware of any changes since 0.39 which would
||have fixed this.
