#59 Almost Completely Broken in v1.831 w/Authentic Theme

Wanted to let you know that the module is almost completely broken in Webmin ver 1.831 with the Authentic Theme (running on Ubuntu 16.10, DansG. ver 2.10.1.1, Apache ver 2.4.18).

Not really any specific errors with messages, but to give you an idea.
1.) Most buttons have no functionality when clicked.
2.) Icons for start/stop/reload are missing and just show text.
3.) When loading a page, it scrolls to the bottom and sticks there without leting you scroll up to see/access the top parts of that page.

I verified my directories and in the module config.
