#5 Clock emulation in virtual board

Hi!

The virtual board should have an option to announce the availability of the clock on connection of an interface. Unfortunately this presence is only announced once a time is set which can only happen after the connection of the frontend to the virtual board.

Fixed in dgtdrv by introduction of checkforclock command but I guess a real board with a real clock will announce the presence of the clock upon startup as well.
