#18 copyconstructor in StorageTypeExpression

ERROR in copy constructor. It copies only, storageType
value, but this class contains also regExpression value
inherited from RegularExpression class.

Why not make regExpression protected (there has
been "reg" value set public in RegularExpression.h file).

Test in /STEL/tests/StorageTypeExpressionTestKC
