#16 DAESConfiguration::isCorrectIP

IP addresses parser doesn't seem to work properly.
Valid addresses are not accepted. In addition no
symbolic names (instead of IPs) are supported. Perhaps
additional parser for these should be written?

Bug was detected by test located in:
DAES/tests/d22DAESConfTester

I'm very sorry for being late with submitting this bug. It
