This a personal project to provide a linux based firewall / backup / proxy / server management tool.

The aim of this toos is to provide a command line tool called dfw-tool and a web interface as defaul http://server-host:81, that allows you to have a basic control over a iptable based firewall, a squid based double proxy, a transparet one and a authenticated one at the same time and a backup tool based on tar and rsync tools.

One of the most important thing to me in this project is the capacity monitor server statistics and realtime proxy and firewall activity through web interafe and have some importante things like disk quota, backup failure, server control, mail wanrnings, link balance and rescue and so on.

I started this project by 2006 as a collection of linux scripts to make it easy to handle ipatables and squid configurations.

I dont know if anyone else use it, may be for lack of docummentation or better known choice.
