DFBCar provides gui control of xine-lib using directfb. With this ability, a small embedded multimedia system of less than 25mb is capable.

DFBCar provides nice gui control of cds, dvd, directory listing, audio cds, etc. and playback of all music and video files including dvd navigation support for the framebuffer. X is not needed. Control is provided by either the keyboard or lirc if a remote is installed.... read more
