#37 Dynamik download parts

Please implement a dynamic part controlling like all others download managers! An example:
I downloaded a file from 5 sources. The first 4 parts were ready after 10 minutes mut the last part had just received a few MB becaus of that awful speed of that mirror. Now it would be better if the last part could be devided automaticly in new sub parts so that it would be possible to load that parts from other, faster connections.
I hope I have explained it, I think I need a bit practise writing in english.
