#147 my download corrupt

The downloaded files are deleted and my all download files is not there and its says an error when i check the admin log of my system maximum number tcp connection limit excited and it mention the program wxDownload what can i do how to get the files back :( and this shutdown automatically i am not set the config file to shutdown when the download was done
