#143 Problem adding download

Hi,

I cannot add downloads when not all other downloads are running.

I am trying to add this URL with 3 other downloads in the queue. 1 is running and 2 are on pause.

I enter all the information and click OK and nothing happens. When I have all 3 running aka killing the bandwidth it works fine.
