#139 Need to import list of URLs from file

In the "Add new download" dialog there is an address list. It appears that the only way to get entries into that list is by putting them in the address field and clicking Add.

How about a browse button so we could select a file containing a bunch of URLs (one per line) and have them all added to the listbox?

This would have been extremely useful last night when I was trying to setup the download of something that had been broken into 41 parts.
