WxDownload Fast closes by itself after a few moments of starting it. I have one download in my queue, and nothing else. All the settings are at default, and I have it integrated with Firefox 2.0.0.13.
Immediate advice will be appreciated.

I got the same things when i download the fedora9.
it seems that the bug cames when i click a download item from queue for detailed information,and may cause by using stardict(just now, i runs it for a word, and software closed by itself)

I have the same error as well. It seems it will download a file and after +- 10% it will close with a segmentation fault. Restarting the application will continue the download, but the problem remains, and they seem to occur much more often (+- 2% progress rate)when close to the 90%-100% overall progress.
Could it be something in opening/closing new threads?

I've having the same issue in Ubuntu 8.04 Desktop 32 bit. It's a nice program but I'll run it, forget about it, and then 30 minutes later it'll just be gone entirely.

I too noticed this problem, when I looked at the sys log for the possible suspicious things, it was reported that program actually terminated with a segmentation fault the following was written to the syslog.

I have the same problem. I am using Ubuntu 8.04, firefox 3.0.3 and flashgot. trying to download a 699 MB ISO. it will download for a few minutes and then close by itself. I downloaded the Deb for hardy and the version of wxdfast was 6.0
Same problem. When downloading not to home directory, program crashes after few seconds after download starts. But when I download files into home directory all seems to be ok. Debian Lenny 5.0, firefox 3.03, GNOME 2.22.3
Same issue here. I have a computer dual-booting Windows Server 2003 and Gentoo Linux, and this happens on both OS. Firefox 3.0.4 on both platforms.
Me too. It crashes frequently. I had to write a bash script to keep restarting it whenever it crashed, it's the only way I can finish a download.
