#8 Parse a string to be formatted

Develop a function to parse a string and split it into tokens.

Example:

This is an\n <b>unparsed</b> string,

Parsed:

{'This', ' ', 'is', ' ', 'an', '\n', ' ', '<b>', 'unparsed', '</b>', ' ', 'string'}

Each piece of this list must have the information about the string: the length, if is a tag, if is a space or new line, if is just characters

You may need to create files to parse tags, file to our strtok and then file to parse the string. After this, you will be able to develop the function to print formatted strings.
