#50 More functions in class browser

Hi

Could Class Browser also show all of the classes,
functions and vars from all of the included files?

Now I have a php file with another file included but class
browser only shows functions, classes and vars from the
original file

Class Browser is being heavily modified right now. Includes
detection has been implemented for Alpha 4. Included files
parsing will be implemented for Alpha 5.
