opens wrong php.ini when from main menu

select from main menu: Options->general options->Parser and you browse for php.exe
Do the same for php.ini, but from another directory!

Save'n close dialog.
select from main menu: Options->open php.ini.

It will open php.ini from the same directory as php.exe. The settings in options dialog is ignored.

  Nota bene : In fact, Dev-PHP was editing the file really used by php-cgi.exe :-D
