I installed it into the "Program Files" folder in Windows XP. When I try to start the application, I get a "no language defined" dialog box. Should I have installed that in my Apache directory? I don't know what to do from here.

Seems ok.

This means that Dev-PHP didn't find its language file
It's supposed to be located at %ProgramFiles%\Dev-PHP2\lang
> Dev-PHP complete package
